We accept only guaranteed reservations in written form (Deposit by bank transfer).
In case of your failure to pay the corresponding deposit within the allotted time, your reservation will be automatically canceled and we reserve us the right to re-let the room.
It is also possible to pay your whole reservation in advance, otherwise the balance of the room is to be settled on arrival in cash. (No credit card or debit card).
A check-in will only be possible if the full amount of the reservation is payed.
A valid passport or identity card must be shown on arrival.
Every changing or cancellation of a reservation needs a written form that will be confirmed by us. A reservation can be cancelled until 14 days before the date of arrival without any charges and the deposit paid will be refunded. This delay passed or in case of no-show, the first seven nights will be fully charged (late cancellation fee).
We recommend you to complete a "travel insurance" which will reimburse you the arising cancellation fees. Such insurance may be included, for example, in your house insurance, credit card or automobile club membership.
No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
Please note that we guarantee your accommodation for the paid period. If you wish to extend your stay it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible. Following numerous requests, we unfortunately cannot wait for the day of your departure to extend your stay, so please note that we will not be responsible for non-availability of your room if you forget your part ("first come, first served").
In case of extension the same conditions as for the booking are applied. At least 14 days before the initial end of your stay, you are asked to pay a deposit of at least 7 nights and the balance is due on the starting day of your extension (it is also permissible to pay your entire extension). If the day of the start of your extended stay the balance remains unpaid, your extension will automatically be reduced to the number of nights covered by the amount of your deposit.
In case of extension of less than 7 nights the full amount is due directly on booking.
In case of extension and your failure to pay the deposit corresponding thereto within the time prescribed, your extension will automatically be cancelled and we reserve us the right to re-let the room.
In case of cancellation of the extension of your hand the same rules as the booking cancellation rules are applied i.e. 14 days before the original departure date, your cancellation is free of charge and your deposit is refunded in full, after this period, 7 nights are fully charged (Late cancellation fees).

Chambre assez grande pour deux personnes et très bien équipée. Pas besoin d'acheter quoi que ce soit. L'emplacement près de la place de Paris et de la gare est idéal pour tout déplacement. Le personnel est super disponible et gentil et nous ont fait laisser les bagages à l'hotel avant check-in et après check out pour tout le temps nécessaire. Les ménages sont fait assez fréquemment et le change des draps une fois par semaine, pour les séjours moyens comme le notre. En général nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hotel.
J'ai séjourné dans un studio pendant presque 2 mois et je me sentais comme chez moi. Silencieux, avec une kitchenette équipée de vraiment tout, télévision, Wi-Fi, salle de bain. En plus, grâce à une femme de ménage scrupuleuse et gentille, la propreté est assurée. Je le conseil si vous avez besoin d'un chez vous provisoire pour un prix raisonnable.
I stay at Marco Polo whenever I come to Luxembourg. The hotel is centrally yet quietly located, within a few minutes’ walk of anything you would need (including shopping area, coffee shops and restaurants) and is easily accessible by all modes of transport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and fully equipped bathroom. I have had a great time during each of my visits.
